By registering for the Med Spa AI Challenge, you agree to these Terms of Service.
For $1, RingRing AI will configure and deploy a custom AI Consultation Setter for your practice during a 14-day challenge period.
Your selected subscription begins automatically at the listed monthly rate after Day 14 unless cancelled before that date. You may cancel at any time before Day 14 to avoid further charges.
Cancellation requests submitted before Day 14 result in no further charges beyond the original $1. After Day 14, standard month-to-month terms apply.
The $1 challenge fee is non-refundable. Future monthly charges may be cancelled at any time per Section 4.
Spots are limited to two new med spas per month to ensure proper configuration and onboarding.
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to upload or transmit content that violates any applicable laws or third-party rights.
The AI Consultation Setter, scripts, prompts, and supporting materials remain the property of RingRing AI. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the service while subscribed.
RingRing AI is not a medical provider. The AI Consultation Setter does not provide medical advice or diagnose conditions. Booking confirmations are scheduling only.
The service is provided 'as is.' Results vary by practice volume, market, and configuration. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingRing AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
